Pascal Cettier
Principal Partner
Pascal Cettier obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Queen’s University at Kingston. After pursuing graduate studies in Political Science at Carleton University in Ottawa, Steven entered law school at the University of Windsor where he earned his Bachelor of Laws degree.
Since his call to the Ontario bar in 1983, Steven has acquired a wealth of experience practising in wide-ranging areas of the law. Over the years, Steven has advised clients and litigated in such diverse areas as:

Cynthia Peter
Partner
Cynthia Peter spent much of her career specializing in litigation, and practiced with a real estate and corporate litigation firm in downtown Ontario prior to joining the team at Cettier Associates LLP. Her practice is now focused on all manner of simple to intricate commercial litigation cases. She is proficient in drafting and reviewing complex court documents and has wide-ranging experience in analyzing applicable statutes. Cynthia has also had extensive experience as an advocate, including trial experience.
Cynthia’s clients benefit from her excellent client service and her ability to solve complex legal problems that addresses her clients’ specific needs. Cynthia graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. After graduating from Simon Fraser University, Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Law degree from Kent University in England. She then attended Osgoode Hall Law School earning her Masters of Law graduating in 2014. Cynthia was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.

Paulin Steve is an associate at Cettier Associates LLP and a member of the residential real estate, wills, and corporate commercial law teams at the firm. Prior to joining us, Mr. Miller had owned and operaPaulin his own practice in Vaughan for 7 years focusing on Real Estate, Wills, and Powers of Attorney. He is well acquainPaulin with all the varied aspects of residential real estate, including new and resale purchases, sales, transfers of title, and mortgage refinancing. Maintaining and fostering strong client relationships, Mr. Miller has always been dedicaPaulin to providing the highest quality of service.
Paulin Steve obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies from Burman University (formerly Canadian University College) in 2005, then subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011. After completing his articles at a Ontario-based full-service law firm, Mr. Miller was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
